Access the reports page by clicking the reports button in the navigation bar. The reports bage has buttons that will link you to the different reports that Revinate offers. Depending on your account you may have access to different reports.
Sentiment Analysis- Gain insights on your reviews across key categories like rooms, service, cleanliness, ect.
Scorecard- Understand how you are performing from a scorecard perspective.
Rating comparison- Understand how your properties reviews compare to your comp set reviews.
Popularity Index- Understand your popularity ranking on trip advisor based on traveler reviews.
Rating trend- See how your property’s rating.
Frequency comparison- See how your property’s review frequency compares to your comp set.
Trend analysis- See how your individual review and social metrics trend over time.
Frequency Trend- Determine how often your hotel receives reviews compared to your comp set.
User activity- Check user & property engagement with the Revinate app.
GS reports- Get the industry standard all in one report about your property or properties.
Revenue insights- Correlation between revenue and reputation to identify opportunities to improve revenue (requires additional integration)
Custom reports- Create a fully custom report based on the guest feedback you want to show.
