1. Link your sites to Revinate
Linking your accounts to Revinate enables you to use the sites reviews API and direct reply capability on the All Reviews page.
Link your booking.com account to Revinate
Link your Google business account to Revinate
2. Add new users
Managers can add new users to your account.
3. Set Goals for your account
Goals give something to benchmark against. Your dashboard has widgets that use this data
4. Create Response Templates
Defined responses help you keep your responses cohesive without being repetitive. You can create a variety of responses based on guest sentiment. Here is info on Setting up defined response.
5. Claim your Review sites
You will want to claim your listing on the various review sites. Work with support to get your desired sites reviews ported into your Revinate account.
