Lead Nurture is a great way to make sure that you are staying in touch with potential guests for your property. Revinate has powerful reports that can help you to understand how successful your campaigns are and if they might benefit from any changes.
Access campaign reports
To access your reports click on the reports button in the navigation bar and then click campaign performance in the drop down
You can then see the basic stats of each campaign you have sent. To view more information about each campaign click on the campaigns title.
Note: reports are all for the last 30 days.
This report shows you at a glance the data on how many messages you sent vs how many messages were opened and clicked. You can see how much revenue the campaign has brought and how many reservations were made from the send.
This report details total revenue, how long it took for leads to become bookings, and how long it has been since any of the guests who booked leads from the campaign last stayed at the hotel.
Click tracking shows you how many people clicked on different links within your campaign. You can see which links are effective and which are not, and use this information to make changes to the campaign.
