As a Lead Nurture Customer, you have 3 Revinate created campaigns that are already set up in your account.
- Lead Follow-up
- Not booked/ autocomplete
- Lapsed lead
Each of these Lead nurture emails will be automatically sent out to some potential guests based on their current lead status.
Access your lead nurture campaigns
From your Revinate marketing home page, click on the CAMPAIGNS tab in the navigation bar, then select “All Campaigns”
Click on AUTOMATED CAMPAIGNS to view your 3 Lead Nurture campaigns
Preview and edit a campaign
Click the campaign name you would like to edit.
In the Preview pane you can see the currently set schedule, the segment the campaign will be sent to, the content, and the settings.
To change anything in the campaign, click on the blue pencil icon to edit.
If your campaign has already started you cannot edit your Schedule, recipients, or settings. To edit these after a campaign has started you must stop the campaign by clicking the “STOP CAMPAIGN” Button in the top right corner.
