Your Guest Dashboard is your main landing page when you log into Revinate Guest Apps. From here you may view important data points covering the trends of your guest profiles and segment distributions. In this article, we will go over each component of the guest dashboard.
Guest database overview
This top dashboard offers you a concise overview of your guest profile database and profile conversion health:
CLEAN PROFILES
Shows the number of unique profiles that remain across all properties after we’ve cleaned, deduplicated, and merged profiles.
OTA TO GUEST EMAILS
Shows the total number of OTA profiles that have had direct emails captured.
Average Stays
“Average Stays” is the average number of stays that all guests on your database have stayed at your property.
Repeat Stay Profiles (property dashboard)
“Repeat stay profiles” shows how many Guests have stayed at the property multiple times.
Segment Size Change
“Segment Size Change” showcases the top 5 segments that have the biggest profile number change in the month-to-month comparison. These changes can be a growth or decrease in segment size.

Profile with Missing Contact Info
“Profile with Missing Contact Info” is a section that visualizes the total distribution of profiles with missing information (no address, no email, unreachable email, no phone number).
Profile Distribution by Stays
This chart shows how many of the profiles on your database have never stayed in your properties (No reservations); have canceled their reservations and not rebooked (Only Canceled Reservations); have stayed 1 time (1 Stay) and have stayed more than 2 stays (2+ Stays). You will be able to adjust the view by clicking on the labels below the graph. The calculations below also show the number of profiles that match these points of data and show the month-to-month change.
