Group level dashboard is a landing page that you see once logged into the Revinate Guests on a group level. The group-level dashboard provides an aggregate snapshot of group profiles and the segment size changes among properties.

This top dashboard offers you a concise overview of your guest profile database and profile conversion health:
At the top of the group-level dashboard, you can find the clean profiles, OTA to guest emails, average stay, and group repeat guests.
CLEAN PROFILES
The number of unique profiles that remain across all properties after merging by Revinate’s advanced profile merging solution.
OTA TO GUEST EMAILS
The number of OTA profiles that have been merged with profiles that have the direct email when the guest has multiple profiles. The direct email will also be marked as the primary email address.
AVERAGE STAYS
The average number of stays that all guests across the entire group have stayed at any of your properties.
GROUP REPEAT GUESTS
The number of guests that have stayed at more than one of your properties and how many guests have 2 or more stays overall.
Dashboard Charts
Total Clean Profiles
The total number of unique profiles that remain across all properties after we have cleaned, deduplicated, and merged profiles. The total number of group profiles may be fewer than the sum of the property profiles because groups can have guests who have stayed at more than one of their properties and are only counted once per group.
Cross-property profiles
The number of guest profiles existing in multiple properties across the group.
Segment size change
The top 5 segments that have the biggest profile number change in the month-to-month comparison. These changes can be a growth or decrease in segment size.

Profiles with missing contact info
“Profile with Missing Contact Info” is a section that visualizes the total distribution of profiles with missing information (no address, no email, unreachable email, no phone number) among all properties.
Profile distribution by stays:
This chart shows how many of the profiles on your database have never stayed in your group properties (No reservations); have canceled their reservations and not rebooked (Only Canceled Reservations); have stayed 1 time (1 Stay) and have stayed more than 2 stays (2+ Stays). You will be able to adjust the view by clicking on the labels below the graph. The calculations below also show the number of profiles that match these points of data and show the month-to-month change.
