Yelp has officially terminated their partnership with all hospitality online reputation management companies, including Revinate.
Per our agreement with Yelp, Revinate’s existing customers stopped receiving data as of February 1, 2018.
Revinate is not the only company impacted by Yelp’s decision. Yelp is strongly against any mechanisms by which reviews can be manipulated in any way. Revinate fully agrees and has never solicited or syndicated Yelp reviews. The fact that other companies in the space have been allowing and/or enabling these practices has resulted in the cancellation for all, and we are deeply disappointed considering we have been an excellent partner to Yelp and never violated any terms of our agreement.
After February 1, 2018, Yelp reviews can be responded to through your Yelp business account directly. Yelp allows businesses to respond publicly and privately to user reviews.
