To set goals for your hotels, select the "Settings" icon and click "Goals". Only administrators on the account will have the ability to create goals for their account.
Note that there are two types of goals that you can create. Group Goals allows you to set goals for a set of properties. Property Goals allows you to set goals to specific hotels.
Select "All Properties" or a specific property group in order to set your goals. Click "Update".
Once the page loads, you will have the ability to update the following goals:
- Review Rating
- Positive Review Percentage
- Recommended Percentage
- TripAdvisor Popularity Index
- Response Coverage
This will update the goals for that specific group of hotels. If you selected the "Property Goals" option, it will update the goals only for that specific property. Please note, these goals will appear in the Corporate Account reporting and GS2 report. If the property sets their own goals at the property level account, their own goals will appear on their reporting.
