To set goals for your individual hotels, select the "Settings" icon and click "Goals". Only administrators on the account will have the ability to create goals for their account.
Note that there are two types of goals that you can creto Goals allow you to set goals for a set of properties. Property Goals allow you to set goals for specific hotels.
In the group goals section Click "Update" to set your goals
Once the page loads, you will have the ability to update the following goals:
- Review Rating
- Positive Review Percentage
- Recommended Percentage
- TripAdvisor Popularity Index
- Response Coverage
This will update the goals for that specific group of hotels. Selecting the "Property Goals" option, will only update the goals for that specific property. Please note these goals will appear in the Corporate Account reporting and GS2 report. If the property sets its own goals at the property level account, their own goals will appear on their reporting.
