Click on Reputation and then Reports and select "Property Rankings". This report provides you with the functionality to rank your properties by a number of criteria. You can select certain time periods and even filter by specific property groups. This helps you in rewarding top performers and identifying those that might need more assistance.
You can adjust the ranking report by using the drop-down menus. The default is set to "All Properties", Rank By "Review Ratings", for the "month-to-date" and as Compared to "Last Month."
You can select by:
- The desired Property(s).
- The Period you want to measure.
- The criteria you want to Rank By, for example, 'TripAdvisor Popularity Ranking'
- The period you want to Compare To.
- The far left column will be the ranking with #1 first.
- Next, you will see the properties listed by rank.
- Clicking on the name of the hotel will re-direct you right into that hotel's account.
- You will be given the review rating for the period.
- The rating for the previous time period.
- The change in percentage between those two time periods. Green indicating a positive change and red indicating a negative change.
- To the far right, you will see a link that will re-direct you to the relevant property report.
