Within the Reputation section of Revinate, you will have a comprehensive summary report that breaks out your review response coverage by review site as well as by star rating. Please note, this report only shows review sites that allow for responses - click here to find out which sites allow for public management responses. We are not including sites that don't allow responses into any response metrics.
To access the "Responses" report, click the "Reputation" option at the very top of the page in the navigation bar.
Then click the "Reviews" and select "Responses".
RESPONSE COVERAGE GOALS
You can set goals that allow you to measure your review response coverage by star rating and as an overall average. Here is a link with more information on how to set your management response goals. Please note, only admin users can set and edit the goals on your account.
You will see the goals along the top column of the report. The data in the remaining cells of the report will show your response coverage as a percentage. If the percentage displays in red, it indicates that your response coverage is below the goal. If the percentage displays in green, it indicates you have exceeded the goal. And if it displays in grey, it means you have met the goal, but have exceeded it.
Metrics and data found on this page:
- "Reviews" - this shows you how many reviews on each review site your hotel received in Revinate in the date range selected that your hotel can respond to
- "Responses (Posted)" - this column shows two figures. The figure in parentheses is showing how many reviews have an actual publicly posted management response that is posted live on the review site and has also been captured in Revinate. The figure outside of parentheses not only includes how many reviews have public responses that have been posted and pulled into Revinate, but also includes reviews that have been "confirmed" with a response in Revinate using the response assistant tool, but the response is yet to be posted publicly on the review site.
- If you see a "-" versus a 0%, the "-" indicates that for the selected period of time, your account did not receive any reviews on that review site meeting that review rating.
