The comment report can be found under the Report Section of the Surveys platform and allows the hotelier to view the results for any open-ended questions asked on the survey.
You can filter by:
- questions, to see specific responses on the survey
- survey, in case you are using more than one
- guest segment
- and NPS score.
You will have access to view the survey of the guest directly from the comment as well as creating a ticket or saving the survey in the “Saved” folder.
The report can be easily exported to a csv or pdf file by clicking on the export buttons located at the top of the page.
