If a guest does not want to receive promotional emails coming from your hotel they can either click on the unsubscribe link within the email they receive or you can manually unsubscribe them by accessing your property's Guest Database (within the Guests & Segments section):
On the bottom of the page you will see the "Unsubscribe a list of emails" button. See screenshot below.
Once you click on the “Unsubscribe a list of emails” button a pop- up window will show. Enter the guest/s email address/es (one per line) and click on blue the “Unsubscribe” icon located on the bottom right hand side of the pop-up box.
Please note that guests will still receive transactional emails related to their stays, such as booking confirmation and cancellation receipts.
