Revinate's Guest Satisfaction reports (GS reports) are an industry first, analyzing public guest feedback from review websites, online travel agencies, post-stay surveys, and social media sites. GS Reports, delivered directly to inboxes in an intuitive spreadsheet format, are designed to fit easily into the industry’s specific workflow.
The GS report contains metrics for both Reputation and Surveys. Surveys related metrics include:
- Overview with survey statistics
- Department Scores by group & property (for corporate accounts)
- Department Scores by questions (for property level)
- Survey Response
- Survey Completion
Weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual GS Reports are available today for brands and portfolios as a premium service. This Report allows you to set and track goals by region or property grouping, and measure property performance against key metrics such as review ratings, review volume, and TripAdvisor Popularity Index, among others. GS3 Reports are available for individual properties and for corporate.
HOW TO ACCESS:
You can access the guest Satisfaction Report Through 2 different menu points.
From the Reputation or Surveys landing page click on the “GS Reports” icon.
Best Practice: Revinate recommends subscribing to the GS report to receive this comprehensive aggregation of the key metrics tracked through the guest feedback platforms.
Set up and Manage GS reports
Only Revinate users with Account Administrator permission will be able to perform this setup.
GS Report Homepage
Account Administrators can manage GS Report subscriptions from this page for all users. Each user can also manage their own subscriptions
Users can subscribe to receive Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, or Yearly reports for each property. You, or any of your colleagues, can subscribe to receive these email GS Reports, with Excel spreadsheets attached. Weekly reports are usually delivered on Wednesday mornings, and Monthly GS Reports are delivered on the 10th day of each month.
Select “Subscribers” text below the GS Report you would like to Manage subscribers for.
On the following page, there will be a list of available and selected subscribers. To subscribe a team member to reports, click their name in the "AVAILABLE SUBSCRIBERS" list, and they will automatically be added to the "SELECTED SUBSCRIBERS". To remove a subscriber, follow the same process in the "SELECTED SUBSCRIBERS" list, and the list will remove them. After making your changes click the “Update Subscribers” button
Setting Up Property Goals
The Goals you set will be inherited by all subscribers when viewing a GS Report. You will be able to manage the Goals used to measure your property's performance, which will be clearly identified in the GS Report. Note that Revinate has some default goals set in the account already and a property can go in and change those goals accordingly. All users can view goals, but only users with admin permission can update goals. You can access Goals from the Setting cog in the top right hand corner or from the “Goals” section in the GS reports page.
Within the goals section regular users can view their properties goals and Admin users can click into the boxes and adjust their property goals as needed. After making changing be sure you click the update goals button
