Setup Your Property GS Report

Revinate's exclusive GS Reports (Guest Satisfaction) are the industry-leading analysis of public guest satisfaction feedback. GS Reports will help your property "operationalize" public guest satisfaction, making it a key factor in your social media strategy.

You can set up your Property GS Reports in just 3 simple steps and should only take a few minutes. Only Revinate users with Account Administrator permission will be able to perform this setup.  To access the GS Homepage, click on GS Report link located in the left-hand navigation, under "Reports".

Step 1
GS Report Homepage
From this page, Account Administrators can manage GS Report subscriptions for all users. Each user can also manage their own subscriptions from "Reports" > "GS Reports".
We've set up a centralized subscription management system, making it very quick and easy for your account administrators. To view and manage subscribers, visit GS Reports located in the left navigation, then select:
  1. Weekly Subscribers
  2. Monthly Subscribers
  3. Quarterly Subscribers
  4. Yearly Subscribers
GS Reports are delivered by subscriber (user) for each Property. Users can subscribe to Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly or Yearly reports. Property GS Reports are Excel spreadsheets that are delivered directly to users' inboxes via email. You, or any of your colleagues, can subscribe to receive GS Reports. Weekly reports are usually delivered on Wednesday mornings, and Monthly GS Reports are delivered on the 10th day of each month.

Step 2

Manage GS Subscribers

After you select "Subscribers" from the Step above, account administrators will then use this form to view and manage subscribers for that report.
  1. The left side of the form lists all users eligible to receive the report. This list of eligible users includes any users currently on your Property Account.
  2. The right side of the form shows any users already selected to receive the report
  3. To find users, you can search this list by the person's name.
  4. To add subscribers from the list on the left simply click on their name and it will appear in the right once selected.  To unsubscribe users, hover over the name on the right side and you will see the "trash" icon. Once clicked on that icon, the name will appear on the left side again.
  5. When you're finished making changes don't forget to click the "Update Subscribers" button.
Step 3
Setting Property Goals
To make goal management as easy as possible, you're able to set Goals for your property. The Goals you set will be inherited by all subscribers when viewing a GS Report. You will be able to manage the Goals used to measure your property's performance, which will be clearly identified in the GS Report. Note that Revinate has some default goals set in the account already and a property can go in and change those goals accordingly. All users can view goals, but only users with admin permission can update goals. 

To open your Goals page, hover over "Settings" and click on "Goals". An admin of the account can insert the goals that are appropriate and established by the hotel. To change the default goals, simply type over the goals that exist now. If you would rather not have a goal(s) appear on your GS report, you can clear out the default goals in the spaces provided. 
The goals you can set are:
  1. Overall review star rating.
  2. Percentage of positive reviews (4+ star reviews)
  3. Percentage of recommended reviews.
  4. Number of reviews per week, per property.
  5. Percentile of TripAdvisor's Popularity Index.
  6. Response coverage separated by Overall or by star rating.
  7. Click Update Goals to set the goals.
