In an effort to provide you with the most accuracy around guest sentiment, Revinate is pleased to roll out additional language support for our Sentiment Analysis reporting. Our sentiment feature was already scoring English and Spanish natively and now Revinate analyzes reviews from nine languages to ensure you know what guests love at your hotel, and what might need improvement, regardless of the language the review was written in.
The languages that we now support are:

Reviews written in languages not listed above are not processed for sentiment. Only the reviews in languages that we support for sentiment are processed.
When you go to Sentiment Analysis, you will see that we assign a positive, neutral or negative sentiment to each category and topic. Sentiment is scored natively in the original language in which the review was written and rolled up into the overall score for each topic or category. We know that you have come to depend on Sentiment Analysis for making operational improvements and rewarding staff, and we are pleased to be able to help analyze these foreign language reviews, with more language support coming soon.
