In the ALL SURVEYS page, you are able to respond privately to your guest survey responses. Using the Response assistant you will be able to view the survey filled out by the guest as well as the public review the guest may have written via the publishing widget if you have TripAdvisor or Google publishing turned on.
The guest’s information will be displayed in the ‘VIEW GUEST INFORMATION’ link. The information found here is the same information provided by the property through the uploaded guest lists.
In the All surveys Page select the survey you wish to send a response to and select the REPLY button.
The Response assistant will open and the survey and review, if one is attached, will display alongside the response tools.
A new window called 'RESPOND TO SURVEY' will appear:
- On the left side of the window, you will see the guest review and survey.
- On the right side, you will see a box where you can type your email response
At this point, you can choose to use a template or draft your custom response.
The response will go out from the user account. There will be the option to copy yourself in the response. After the response is complete select ‘Respond by Email’ to send.
In the All reviews page the responded to survey will display a bar indicating that a management response has been sent via email.
The survey can now also be found under the RESPONDED TO filter.
