Revinate allows you to update the guest's email address at any time. This is only available for administrative level users.
To do so, click on "Guests and Segments" in the navigation bar, then select "Guest Database". Use the search function, inputting the guests name, email address or confirmation number to find and update the correct guest.
Once you have located the profile, notice the "Email" line item within the "Status" section of the Guest's "Profile" page:
Click on the pencil icon next to the guest's email address - this will open a pop-up where you can change the email address associated with the guest's profile.
Make sure you click SAVE.
From this point on, the guest will receive all communications to the new email address you have added. This can be changed at any time by following the same steps. Please note; However, that this will not add the email address into the PMS. If you would like to add this email to the PMS as well, you must do so separately.
