Permissions: Editing surveys is available only for survey administrators. Learn more about permissions here.
As an admin for your corporate account, you can manage surveys at the corporate level for all the properties that are part of the corporate account. If you have a corporate account with surveys managed at the corporate level, you will be able to: Edit Surveys and Change Publication Settings for all properties, property groups, and individual properties.
Edit Surveys
To edit your surveys, go to “Surveys” and click on the “Survey Editor” menu.
All existing Surveys will be found in the drop-down menu located directly below Edit Survey. If you have different surveys assigned to different properties or different individual properties, click on the menu and select the survey you would like to edit.
You can now edit your survey.
* Important: if you change a survey question, the change is applied to all properties that share the same survey. To check which surveys are assigned to each property, go to “Assign survey” on the “Survey Editor” page.
Change Publication Settings
To change your publication settings, go to “Surveys” and click on the “Administration” menu.
On the “Administration” menu, click on Publishing Settings.
On the “Publishing” screen, you will see the following options:
- "Do not prompt guests to post external reviews - When this option is marked, the survey results will be available only internally as feedback for the hotel.
- "Prompt guests to post external reviews to" - When this option is marked, guests will be invited to post their reviews online. After marking this option, choose a channel to post reviews: Google or TripAdvisor.
These settings will be applied to all properties of the corporate account. If you would like different settings for a particular property, click "+ Add exception".
You will be able to select a particular property or property group and a publishing option: none, TripAdvisor or Google.
To add other exceptions, click on “+Add exception”. When you finish creating all the exceptions you need, click “Save”.
