Revinate Marketing’s Arrivals Report allows you to easily view relevant details on guests who are checking in today. This article is an introduction to this feature and we encourage you to also view our tutorial video.
Only Revinate Marketing users will be able to access this report. As the number of users is not limited please ensure that anyone that will need to access and use this report is added to your account. To add a user see our help desk instructions here.
Navigate to the Reports tab and scroll to the Arrivals Report page. The Arrivals Report allows you to view guests checking in within the next seven days.
Subscribing and Downloading
Subscribing to this report is simple. When subscribed you will receive these straight to your inbox on a daily basis at a set time by clicking the mail icon to the top right of the screen. You will receive an email from Revinate with a downloadable PDF in landscape format that may be easily printed if necessary.
Toggle the button to switch subscriptions on. You can control the time you get sent the report, as well as a filter if you would like. The filter will ensure that only guests who match the specific criteria you set are included in your report.
In this example, any guest who has not requested Upsells for their stay would not be included in the Arrivals Report. The report may be sorted however the options will be property specific and will vary.
You can customize the columns that display in your report by clicking “customize columns” on the right. This will allow you to add or remove columns to ensure that you are only seeing data that is relevant to you. If you plan to print or download a PDF of the Arrivals Report - 10 columns or less is ideal.
Any changes you make are reflected only in your report. This is helpful for people with different roles at the property.
