Depending on what marketing campaign a guest or email recipient receives they will have different options for unsubscribing. Note that when Revinate imports a contact list and a contact within that list is imported as unsubscribed, that contact will be unsubscribed at property and group level.
When an email recipient clicks on unsubscribe link in a Revinate Marketing email from a property that is part of a group, that guest will have a different landing page generated than if they had unsubscribed from a stand-alone property.If a contact is imported as subscribed and clicks an unsubscribe link from a campaign, they will be unsubscribed on the level the campaign was sent from (group or property). The landing page with the unsubscribe success message allows the user to unsubscribe from the group, the individual property, or all properties in the group.
A contact is sent a campaign from Lovely Hotel NYC and clicks the Unsubscribe link - they are unsubscribed from Lovely Hotel NYC. The landing page will tell them so, and allow them to check a box to unsubscribe from the group or other properties within the group.
If the contact is sent a campaign from Lovely Hotel NYC's Corporate Headquarters and selects the Unsubscribe link - they will be unsubscribed from Lovely Hotel NYC's Corporate HeadquartersGroup.
