Download a GS report
To access the GS report click the REPORTS drop down in the top navigation bar. You can access the GS report through the Surveys option or the reputation section
Select the GS report button to open the GS report subscription page
On the GS report page you can see all of the user subscriptions to the GS report and manage the subscriptions. You can download or adjust the subscriptions to the report based on length of time you want included in the report.
On the download page select the property group you want. The time period drop down lets you select different sections of your selected amount of time. For example. If you selected the monthly GS report, It will let you select different months. In the recepients drop down type or select the users you would like to reciee the download of this report. They will be emailed a PDF when you click the blue SEND GS REPORT button.
Adjust subscribers
To adjust subscriptions to the GS report click the subscriptions button beneath your desired report duration. This will open the subscription page.
You can click on users in the available subscribers list to move them to the selected subscribers list and vice versa. selected subscribers will receive the report. click the blue UPDATE SUBSCRIBERS button to save your changes.
