You can setup a separate survey for your guests that attended a meeting or conference at your property to ask specific questions around their experience attending the event. Meeting planner surveys are not a specific hotel or restaurant survey in that these surveys do not link to TripAdvisor so no TA link is needed but this also means that publishing to TripAdvisor is not available for this survey type.
