By knowing more about a guest’s interests, you can send them much more targeted campaigns, increasing the likelihood of converting (e.g., spa upsell to someone with “spa” interest) and minimizing the likelihood of unsubscribes/spam reports.
Link your call to action buttons to your Guest Preferences survey and generate more data on your guests that you can use in segmenting and operations and through reporting receive a downloadable daily report on your guest responses. In this article we will cover how to access and navigate to the report, how to activate the report, subscribing to the report, viewing the report and what guest preferences look like in the guest profile.
Access your Guest Preferences report by navigating to the REPORTS tab at the top of your Revinate Marketing navigation bar and scroll down to REPORT SUBSCRIPTIONS.
TURNING ON THE REPORT
Toggle Receive a daily report of your guest preferences questionnaire responses by clicking the Guest preferences report "ON" and selecting your subscription setting.
Note: Only users with Administrative level permissions are able to subscribe others to this report.
When a report is turned 'ON' you will see a set of actions become available. Choose to SEND NOW to have the report immediately sent to the email address associated with your user account.
SUBSCRIBING TO THE REPORT
Select the ALL SUBSCRIBERS option from the ACTIONS list to see all users on the property account and click to turn ON or OFF the daily subscription to this Guest Preferences Report. You can subscribe yourself or other users from your property.
Revinate does not limit the number os users on an account so make sure anyone that needs access to this report is a user. For information on adding users or setting permission levels see out supporting Help Desk article.
Whether you choose to have the report sent to your inbox immediately by selecting the SEND NOW action option or if you are subscribed, Revinate will send an email to the address on your account profile.
From this emailed report you can see guests that have completed or made changes to their guest preferences survey. By clicking on the guest name you will be taken to the guest's profile in your Revinate Marketing account.
Guest Preferences Reporting in the guest profile allows for easy exporting, downloading and editing. Simply select the PREFERENCES section of the guest profile.
From here you can view your guest's responses to your guest preferences questionnaire.
