With the rollout of Revinate’s new Guest Data Platform, we’ve updated our Guest Feedback navigation bar to create a cohesive user experience across the entire Guest Data platform. The navigation bar lives at the very top of the page and is how you’ll access all the different reports, metrics, and tools within Revinate. It’s divided into 5 separate categories, Dashboard, Reputation, Surveys, Reports, and Tickets. For users familiar with the platform prior to the change, rest assured that all of the reporting options and categories are still there, they’ve just been moved around a bit.
The Dashboard tab will take you to your Property Dashboard which is the first page you see when you login to your Revinate account.
The Reputation tab is now broken into two categories: Reviews and Social.
The reviews tab takes you to your all review stream. From there you have options within the page to see your review Overview and review Responses.
If you select Social, you’ll be taken to a page where you can manage your Social Media connections within Revinate.
The surveys tab includes All Surveys, Guests, Survey Editor, and Administration.
The All Surveys tab will still show you the feed of all of your completed guest surveys.
The Guests tab will house your guest list information. This shows the survey and send details for your guests. Within this page you have options to see upload history and set your guest segments.
Survey editor remains the same and allows you to make any changes to your post-stay survey.
The administration tab gives you options to customize your survey invitation emails and more.
Within the page, you can access your publishing settings, survey translations, update your Hotel Information, and set survey department.
The new Reports tab will house all your reporting needs for both reputation and surveys. You can choose to view reports for either reputation or surveys, depending on what data you’re interested in viewing.
The download center allows you to manage and view any exports or reports you’ve downloaded.
Tickets now have their own dedicated section. Here you’ll be able to access all of your tickets in one place.
Finally, the account settings on the far right-hand side have been updated with new icons to options to help you better manage your account.
