Your Guest Feedback Dashboard is the main landing page when you log into Revinate Guest Feedback. From here, you may view important data points like your review ratings, survey ratings, goals, channel distribution, and an at-a-glance view of customizable widgets that are uniquely important to your property. In this article, we will go over each component of the main dashboard.

At the top of the dashboard page you can see graphs for your review rating, all feedback breakdown, survey rating, and review site distribution.
- Review Rating is on a 0-5 scale (5 being the highest score you can achieve). The outer circle shows your month-to-date score, the inner grey circle is the review rating goal you’ve chosen to benchmark against. Below the graph, you can see the percentage change, percent above or below your goal, and your competitive set average from the same time period.
- All Feedback is based on the number of reviews and surveys that the hotel received month to date. You can see the percentage change month over month and a handy bar chart that breaks down the percentage of total feedback from reviews versus surveys.
- Survey Rating is based on your Overall Department Score (if set up) or Net Promoter Score (if overall score is not setup). The outer circle shows your month-to-date score, the inner grey circle is the goal you’ve chosen for either metric. Below the graph you can see the percentage change, percent above or below of your goal.
- Distribution shows the percentage each review site contributes to your overall review volume.
Property custom widget section
As an individual user on your personal property dashboard you can customize the widgets that appear in the custom widget section seen below. We will pre-populate competitor reviews, review response coverage, and latest feedback when your account is first launched.

Corporate benchmarking section
On a multi-hotel account you will be able to quickly see all groups and properties at a glance and drill down to the correct detail level report. This will appear below the top module of the dashboard.
Corporate widget section
If you are on a corporate shared property dashboard, admins have the ability to add/edit widgets. Property dashboards can be personalized for individual users.
