Having a recognizable brand is important for your property and/or hotel group. With survey branding, you can modify the look/feel of your guest-facing survey so that is more consistent with your brand’s image.
To start off you can choose from one of the pre-styled templates which have a style and have been optimized for usability. In addition, you can modify the font, background, colors, and behaviors for each survey.
Modify the Survey style
To access survey branding settings go to the survey editor, choose the specific survey channel you want to update, and click “Edit Style”.
Choose a template
Select from four different styles for the survey. If you want to see more details about the template without applying it you can click “Preview”. Once you have decided on one you like click apply.
Customize Page Attributes (Background, Font, Colors)
If you need to make any additional changes to the survey design itself you can modify this in the first section.
Customize Buttons & Scales
Finally, you can modify the survey’s button colors & styles for the call to action (submit button), yes/no questions, and range/rating questions.
Previewing, Saving & Applying this to other surveys
If you want to see what the style will look like with your survey, click the “preview” button. This will show you a preview of the survey before applying it live for the survey. Note: this is a generic preview and may not show the correct banner image for each individual property.
When happy with the changes and ready to save, click the save button. I have a group account and you want all surveys and associated properties to have the same style, please check the “Overwrite survey styles to all surveys”, this style will then apply to all surveys and associated properties that are on that account.
