Facebook is a top #10 review site in terms of reviews globally. It's one of the most trafficked websites (#6) and a key social platform for your guests to interact with your property. Facebook now supports an open API for getting reviews faster and directly responding via their platform. With the ability to reply directly to Facebook reviews from Revinate, our users can be more efficient and effective in responding to reviews.
Revinate authenticates your Facebook account on a user basis who grants access on a location basis. This is the way Facebook requires authentication, however, once the admin user grants access then.
Before linking your Facebook account to Revinate you need:
- To have a Facebook URL setup for your property
- Be a page owner for the properties’ Facebook page
- Have the review module enabled on your Facebook page
