Smart responses automatically provide guests with the answers to commonly asked questions and requests, freeing time for your staff to handle the more challenging, sensitive issues.
If you need to make changes to or add new Smart Responses, contact support at Support@revinate.com.
To view your responses, and turn them on and off, click the 3 dot menu next to your hotel name in your Ivy Chat Window and select Setup.
Click on the MessagesOption.
Select Smart responses from the menu bar
View your Smart messages and use the Enable sliders to turn your smart responses on and off.
