You can generate a unique URL link to any guest’s visit, which is helpful when sending questions or concerns to Revinate staff regarding a specific guest’s conversation or communicating internally regarding a particular guest’s conversation.
To generate a link to a guest’s visit:
- Search for and select the guest name you want to generate a link for so that the guests’ message conversation appears on the screen.
- Select the 3 dot menu button located directly above the guests’ message conversation.
- Select the Copy Visit Link option to copy the link to your clipboard.
