Ivy makes it easy to see information about individual guests at a glance.
Guest Labels
In your guest chat each guest label will have:
The guest's name
Room number
Reservation dates.
Color-Coded Label
Guest Label color codes
When Guests respond to the survey, their Icon changes from showing their initials to showing their rating. View the list below for the Label color codes and information.
- Green - “5” Rating and will say “5” in the icon.
- Orange - “4” Rating and will say “4” in the icon.
- Red - “1-3” Rating and will say “1, 2, or 3” in the icon.
- Blue - No Rating, but the guest sent in a text message (guest initials in icon)
- Gray - Guest has not engaged with Ivy. (guest initials in icon)
Guest Info Sidebar
The Guest info sidebar pulls out so that you can see at a glance information about the guest without moving to a new page.
Click on the silhouette in the top right corner.
View the guest info sidebar with information about stay dates, room number, tags, and notes from Ivy.
Guest Profiles
To view more detailed information about the guest, either during or after their stay, you can access additional information via the Guest Profile.

About
This section contains the guest's contact information, including name, phone number, and email.
Visits
In visits, you can see a list that includes the current visit, future visits booked, and past visits.
Activity
The Activity page shows the guest's average rating, Total number of visits, and the number of messages sent between the guest, ivy, and hotel staff. The page also includes a chronological list of all messages sent over time within Ivy.
In this example, the guest gives an average rating of 3.5, has visited the hotel four times, and has 43 total messages in their thread with Ivy. The beginning of the complete text thread with the guest and ivy is under the total messages number on the right.
Property Associations
This page shows the guest’s stays with other properties in the property group, with any tags and notes from those stays.
