Integration with Google Translate allows Ivy to translate guest messages from a foreign language to the desired language and provides staff with a way to convert a composed message reply to match a guest's desired foreign language. The Widget will translate Messages sent from the Ivy AI messages from staff, and messages to the guest.
A Few Notes:
- Scheduled messages will be auto-translated for current and future visits after detecting a foreign language.
- Agents and Admins can update the translated language and remove the foreign language tag to disable the widget.
- The widget only supports automated translations from any language to English or Staff messages in English to any language. (powered by Google)
