Scheduling messages makes it easier to ensure they are being sent at an appropriate time. You can schedule both individual and group messages. You also have the option to stop scheduled messages
Scheduling a Message
Below the text entry box, click the drop-down arrow to view message options.
Select Schedule from the drop-down menu
Set a time and date for your message, and click the send later button.
When the pop-up closes, click the orange paper airplane icon.
The message will now appear in your chat as scheduled.
Canceling Scheduled Messages
You can snooze or delete scheduled messages (welcome text/sentiment rating) while in the guest message queue to avoid messages getting sent during existing conversation or if a guest is having a bad experience.
Click the clock button.
Select to delete your message, Snooze your message, or set a new specific time for your message to send in the menu that pops up.
