Ivy's Campaign, Smart Responses, templates, and manual messages can all be customized using campaigns, giving them a personal feel. For example, you could start a message with "Hi {guest-first-name}!" in order to automatically input the guest's name.
To include a variable, please type it within a pair of curly brackets {}. Available variables include:
- {hotel-name} - The name of your property
- {guest-name} - Guest's full name (first and last)
- {guest-first-name} - Guest's first name.
- {guest-last-name} - Guest's last name.
- {room-number} - Guest's room number.
- {guest-cell-phone} - Guest's phone number.
- {guest-email} - Guest's email address.
- {guest-check-in-date} - Guest's check-in date.
- {guest-check-out-date} - Guest's check-out date.
- {guest-message} - The last message sent by a particular guest.
- {trip-advisor-url} - Trip Advisor URL of your Hotel.
