Messaging templates can help standardize replies to guests, provide quick, easy replies to guests for frequently asked questions, or be used when smart responses may not make sense.
To access templates, click the 3 dot menu button and then click setup.
Click select the messages section and then click on templates.
Creating a Template
In the TEMPLATES section click the blue plus button to create a new template.
Add a name for your template and then create the text for your template in the template message box. Click on a variable to add it to your template. Check out our article on variables to learn more. After creating your message, click the blue save template button.
Ivy will now save your template on your templates page.
Editing a Template
In the Templates section, click the pencil icon on the template you want to edit.
Edit your templates name and text as needed and click the blue save button
Turning Template on and off
To turn a template on or off, use the green sliders. A template that is turned on will display a green slider bar and a template that is turned off will display a gray slider bar.
