Flagging is the best way to report any errors in Ivy’s responses toTeam Ivy so we can improve her response logic. Follow these instructions when you need to let us know that something is off:
Flag a message
Select the i icon in the top right corner of the guest message
Click the flag icon in the menu that pops out.
In the box that pops up, select why you are flagging the message, add a note on how Ivy should have responded, then click Confirm.
Check Flag Submission
Click the history button to view the message history.
A window will pop up with the report you submitted.
