On the right side of the top menu bar the notification bell icon will have a pink notification with a number showing how many unresolved messages your property or properties currently have.
When you click the notification icon, the notifications panel will slide out and you will be able to see any unresolved guest messages and if they are assigned or unassigned. You can click on the message to open the guest thread in the chat window.
Guest List Notifications
The guest lists sorting drop-down shows alerts if messages in that section have unresolved guest messages. Green icons showing the number of unresolved messages help you know where to focus your attention.
Threads with unresolved messages will have a green notification indicating the number of unresolved messages within that thread.
When a message is resolved, the notification will disappear.
