Ivy Offer is an excellent way for you to engage with guests and let them know about special deals and promotions that they have access to as guests of the hotel.
Access Offer Set up
Access Ivy set up by clicking the settings cog in the drop-down tab next to your hotel's name.
In setup, click on the “Messages” tab and then the “Offers” tab.
Click the Blue Plus button in the bottom right corner of the screen to open a pop-up to create your offer.
Creating your Offer
*Note that all fields with asterisks are required.
Campaign type options vary depending on your Ivy Settings. Name your campaign and choose your offer type. If you need to create a new offer type, use the Ivy Offer Tab in the setup menu. Offer Types might include late checkout, room upgrades, food, and beverage ECT.
Create your outbound message, and remember you can use variables to include guest information.
You must provide an Offer Interest Word that guests will reply to your original outbound message. Be sure to include the word in your outbound message text so guests know how to respond to accept the offer. Type in your Offer Interest Word and hit enter to save the tag. If your tag does not save, you will not be able to publish your offer.
Create your Offer interest response that guests will receive after sending back the offer interest word. Next, set when you would like your messages to send, either by Scheduling a day and time or using offset to set a number of minutes in relation to your campaign type.
Once all the required fields are filled, the blue create campaign button will be clickable. Click it to finish creating your Ivy Offer campaign.
Editing your Offer
After you have created your Offer, you can use the slider to turn the offer on and off or click the pencil icon to see your limited editing options.
When you open an Offer to edit it, you can only change your original outbound message, the offer interest word tag, and how you would like your message scheduled. Creating a new offer is recommended if you want to make more changes than this.
